New media article Are we "governed" by knowledge elites?

Published article by Darka Podmenik, PhD on thematic discussion on meritocracy in Reporter magazine, 26 July, 2021.

The hall of Slovenska matica was a location of a thematic discussion, that could be seen in the light of some added values - of course in the current issue of meritocracy. The "live" discussion (again) was vivid and of high expert level with diverse panel of speakers - Frane Adam, PhD, Blaž Bajec, Maruša Gorišek, Matej Makarovič, PhD, Bernard Nežmah, PhD (facilitator), Marko Novak, PhD, Darka Podmenik, PhD, Janez Šušteršič, PhD and Matevž Tomšič, PhD. The discussion focused on the central theme touching upon conceptual and current pandemic dilemas. Complete article (in slovene) is available on this link.
