Ph.D, in Sociology. She is a researcher at the Instutitute for Developmental and Strategic Analysis – IRSA and a contracted Assistant Professor at the Faculty for Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana, and the Faculty of Applied Business and Social Studies  DOBA in Maribor.  Her field of research consists of: equality of access to adult education;  educational system and policy; links between labour markets and education. Most recently she participated in an integrated project ‘Towards Lifelong Learning Society: Contribution of Education System’ – LLL2010, carried out within the 6th Framework of EC and an international project ‘Education Systems and Labour Markets in Central and Eastern European Countries’
